Registration is not confirmed until payment is made in full.
Full refund will be made for cancellations received more than 10 business days prior to the course start date. For cancellations received between nine and six business days before the course start date, 50% of the course cost will be refunded.
Students who do not attend without any prior notice ("no-shows") and cancellations made within five business days of the course start date are not refundable.
Because of the amount of pre-work that is done specific to each learner in many of our courses (work completed by system administrators, trainers, and our clients, for example), our general rule is that substitutions are not allowed. Exceptions to that rule may be made on a case-by-case basis; please email as much information about your situation to email@example.com, and our training administration team will review your situation and see if you may be eligible for a substitution.
Performance Management, Inc. (PMI) reserves the right to cancel a class when the required minimum enrollment is not met, or for any other reason. If PMI needs to cancel a class or there is an inclement weather delay or closing of our designated training facilities, learners registered in the class will be sent an email at the address they listed as their preferred email address on the registration form.
Performance Management, Inc. will provide the most reasonable notice it can about cancellations.
If PMI cancels a course, any payment made for student registration will be applied to the student's account and can be used for future training sessions for that student.
PMI is not responsible for any costs related to travel to attend one of our on-site classes, off-site classes, or any other event, even if PMI cancels the event. Please keep this in mind before you make any travel plans.
